What We Collect

Technologia tool collects the personal data listed below. The files you convert or compress are processed only inside your browser and are never sent to our servers.

• At sign-up: your ID, password (stored encrypted), and email address.
• If you sign in with a Google account: your email address and Google account identifier (we do not collect your name, profile photo, or anything else Google holds).
• Optional: whether you agree to receive marketing communications.
• Generated automatically while you use the Service: conversion/compression records for signed-in users (file name, job type, output format), extensions you save as favorites, and an identifier used to track your daily usage.

Why We Collect It

• To identify members and authenticate sign-in, using your ID, email, and password.
• To send a verification code to the email you provide at sign-up, confirming it is really yours.
• To request re-consent when the Terms of Service or this Policy are revised, by comparing them against your consent history.
• To apply usage limits — file size caps and daily usage counts — based on your plan.
• To provide personalization features in My Page, such as favorites and conversion history.
• To prevent abuse, such as blocking repeated sign-in attempts within a short time.
• To record your marketing consent choice so it can be used if you have opted in.

How Long We Keep It

• Account data (ID, password, email, Google sign-in link): deleted immediately when you close your account.
• Conversion history and favorites: deleted immediately when you close your account; you can also delete them yourself in My Page at any time.
• Email verification codes: valid for 10 minutes, and the code record itself is deleted 7 days after it is created.
• Daily usage records: deleted 7 days after they are created.
• Connection information processed for security purposes: not stored in our database — it is held only briefly in server memory and discarded automatically.

How We Destroy It

Personal data is destroyed without delay once its retention period ends or its purpose is fulfilled, and electronic files are deleted in a way that cannot be recovered. When you close your account, your account data and conversion history are deleted from the database immediately and are not kept in any separate backup.

We also take the following measures to keep your data safe.

• Passwords are stored only as irreversible hashes.
• All traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS (HTTPS).
• Access to systems holding personal data is limited to the minimum number of people and permissions necessary.

Sharing and Outsourcing

We do not share your personal data with outside parties without your consent, and we do not use it for any other purpose except where required by law. We outsource limited processing to the providers below to operate the Service — all of them are located outside Korea, so this also constitutes an overseas transfer.

Cookies

We use the following cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language. We do not use cookies for analytics.

• Sign-in session cookie: used only to keep you signed in; it expires when you close your browser.
• Language cookie: remembers your last chosen language for up to one year.
• Advertising cookies: where ads are served, Google may set advertising cookies. You can opt out of personalized ads in Google Ads Settings.
• You may refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features such as staying signed in may then be limited.

Your Rights

You may exercise the following rights over your personal data at any time.

• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or request that its processing be suspended.
• Withdraw your marketing consent at any time in My Page › Account Settings.
• Close your account instantly in My Page › Account Settings — this also deletes your account data and conversion history.
• Download the personal data we hold about you as a file from My Page.
