테크인라이프, operating Technologia tool (the "Service"), respects your privacy and complies with the Korean Personal Information Protection Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This Policy describes what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights available to you.

The Service provides file conversion and compression features. All processing is performed entirely within your browser. We apply a data-minimisation principle, collecting only what is necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.

We collect and use the following categories of personal data.

We collect personal data through the following channels.

• Account registration: Email address and consent records you provide when signing up.
• Payment process: Payment details and transaction records processed via our payment service providers (PSPs) when you subscribe to a paid plan.
• Automatic collection during use: IP address, browser fingerprint, and cookies collected automatically when you visit the Service.

We collect a browser fingerprint to manage daily usage limits for free-tier users and to defend against automated abuse. The fingerprint is a pseudonymous identifier derived from combinations of User-Agent, language, timezone, screen characteristics, and Canvas/WebGL signatures.

• Purpose: Applying daily usage limits per device/browser and detecting automated abuse.
• Retention: Deleted at midnight each day.
• Scope: The fingerprint does not include directly identifying information such as your name or national identification number.

We share or transfer certain personal data to the following third parties to operate the Service, process payments, deliver advertising, and ensure security. Each party is contractually required to process data only within the scope of its designated purpose.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience, analyse usage, and deliver advertising. Cookies are categorised as follows.

• Essential cookies: Required for login session management, security, and core functionality. These cannot be declined.
• Analytics cookies: Aggregate page-visit and usage-pattern data to help us improve the Service.
• Advertising cookies: Used by advertising partners such as Google AdSense / Ad Manager to serve interest-based ads.

We delete or anonymise personal data without delay once the retention period has elapsed or the processing purpose has been fulfilled. Electronic files are permanently deleted in a manner that prevents recovery; printed records are shredded or incinerated.

Certain records must be retained for periods mandated by law. In particular, records relating to contracts, payments, and the supply of goods under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce are retained for five years.

As a data subject under GDPR and the Korean Personal Information Protection Act, you have the following rights. Unless otherwise noted, you can exercise these rights from My Page > Account Settings.

• Right of access & correction: View and update your personal data in My Page > Account Settings.
• Right to data portability: Download your data as a JSON file from My Page > Account Settings > Download My Data.
• Right to erasure (right to be forgotten): Delete your account and data from My Page > Account Settings > Delete Account.
• Right to withdraw consent: Withdraw marketing consent at any time from My Page > Account Settings > Marketing Consent.
• Right to restrict processing: Request restriction of specific data processing via My Page > Account Settings or by emailing us at the address below.

We transfer certain personal data to service providers located outside your country for payment processing, content delivery (CDN), and security operations. Transfers are limited to the scope of the designated purpose, and each recipient is required to maintain an adequate level of protection.

We implement the following technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data.

• Encryption in transit: All communications are encrypted using TLS (HTTPS).
• Access control: Access to systems processing personal data is restricted to the minimum necessary personnel, and all access grants, changes, and revocations are logged.
• Payment data outsourcing: Sensitive payment data such as card numbers is handled solely by PCI-DSS-compliant PSPs (Toss Payments, Stripe). We do not store this data ourselves.
• Access log retention: Access logs are retained and reviewed for a set period to detect abnormal access and abuse.
