Refund Policy

Right to Cancel

This Policy applies to payments for paid plans; free plans involve no payment. Under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, you may cancel within 7 days of payment and receive a full refund, provided you have not yet used the paid features.

When Cancellation Is Limited

Article 17(2) of the same Act limits cancellation for digital content once its value has been materially diminished by use. Once you have completed your first conversion using paid features, a monthly subscription for that billing cycle is no longer refundable. Because converted files never reach our servers, whether use has begun is determined from the conversion records on your account.

Pro-rata Refunds and Processing

For annual subscriptions, the unused portion is refunded on a daily pro-rata basis even after use has begun.

Any cancellation fee charged by the payment processor may be deducted. Once a refund is approved we process it within 3 business days as required by Article 18(2); the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer.
